Large mixing vessel
- glazed clay
- after 1250 BC
- height: 33 cm
- (reproduction in tinted plaster)
The mixing vessel from the "embossed pottery" series has three large decorative horns and a small ring-shaped ribbon handle. It was perhaps used to mix strong wine with water much in the same way as kraters were used in classical times.
It belongs to the complex of finds made in Troia VII.
